Prior to his bogus declaration of
the APC candidate, Aisha Dahiru aka Binani, as the winner of the April Adamawa
supplementary election, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC,
has proclaimed the Adamawa REC, Hudu Ari, missing and urged police to declare
him wanted.
Festus Okoye revealed this when he
appeared on television.
He was supposed to appear before
the Commission on Sunday, but we didn't see him, and on Monday, either. If his
presence is crucial and he cannot be found, the police must issue a wanted
declaration, the man stated.
