COURT ADJOURNS PETEER OBI'S CASE AGAINST TINUBU

The case brought by Peter Obi challenging the election victory of President-elect Bola Tinubu has been postponed, according to the court of appeals announcement.

According to AL-LABEEB MEDIA, the tribunal, which is made up of five eminent individuals and is presided over by Justice Haruna Tsammani, reached this conclusion following a lengthy meeting on Saturday.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate Tinubu won the election on February 25, 2023. Obi, who ran for president under the Labour Party, is vigorously protesting this outcome.

The interim suspension of the proceedings will end on Monday, May 22, 2023, according to a statement made public by the tribunal. Both legal professionals and political watchers are anxiously awaiting the resolution of this closely followed case.
