In a daring move, the Nigerian Navy has challenged former agitator and Niger Delta leader, Mujahid Asari Dokubo, to unveil the identities of the officers engaged in the illicit act of crude oil theft.

The corridors of power buzzed with Dokubo's earlier claims, asserting that the vast majority of oil theft cases in the oil-rich region could be traced back to the Nigerian Army and Navy, stirring controversy and intrigue.
